How does quoting work?
Tell us your stops, pickup times and what you're sending. We'll send a price for your route and confirm it before the first pickup.
What can you carry?
Parcels, boxes, supplies, equipment, samples and documents that fit in a compact cargo van. We don't carry dangerous goods, cannabis, alcohol or live animals. If you're unsure, ask.
Do you offer recurring routes?
Yes. Fixed stops at agreed times on the days you choose, handled by the same person each time.
What happens if nobody is at the drop-off?
We contact you right away. Based on your instructions, we wait briefly, deliver to an alternate contact, or bring the item back. We don't leave signed-for items unattended.
Are you available after hours?
Weekdays 8am–5pm as standard, with evenings and weekends by arrangement. Ask and we'll confirm availability.
Can you do same-day delivery?
Often, depending on the day's route. Call or text and we'll tell you straight away if we can fit it in.
Do you photograph what you deliver?
Only the drop-off spot, when you've agreed to a drop. Never the contents.
Who will deliver my packages?
The owner drives your route, so you deal with the same person every time.
